If you are considering getting a Wii, or maybe you already have one, you are always wondering: what are the best Wii games? With hundreds of titles to choose from, you can get lost in all of the gaming possibilities the console has to offer. I have compiled a list to assist you though, these are among the best Wii games you should put in your library.

If you own a Wii you are likely familiar with Wii Sports. This came comes with any new console purchase and features a limited array of popular sports the whole family can enjoy. Nintendo liked the idea so much that they recently released a second edition that you can separately purchase entitled Wii Sports Resort. This game features some of the sports of the first, and so many more. Some of the new editions to the line up include: some swordplay, table tennis, Frisbee, archery, cycling and many more. So check it out.

Super Mario Bros. Wii is a new addition to the Wii gaming library. Staying true to its inspiration of the 1980s classic, the game is two-dimensional and side scrolling. However, the graphics are incredibly better and you have a new multiplayer feature. You and up to three other friends can simultaneously play this revamped version of the classic title.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl was a title released for the Wii that had an incredible amount of hype. The popular franchise began picking up steam with its various edition released on the Nintendo Gamecube. The latest installment to this impressive franchise has many of the classic characters and boasts controls that allow interactive game play to move this franchise into the future. This was a highly anticipated title and a title that should be included in your Wii game library.

Mario Kart is another title that was released by Nintendo before. It saw its debut on the Super Nintendo, but even more success when it was released again as Mario Kart: Double Dash on the Nintendo Gamecube. This game allows you to use motion sensitive controls to twist and turn your way to victory over some classic Mario Bros. Characters. Play with your friends or family to see who deserves to win the cup.

Nintendo has also been working to make the Wii more appealing to the individual as well. This is evident in a title like The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. You might find the consistencies to other Zelda stories refreshing. You are still in another scenario that requires you to save the world. You are still Link. You are still living in Hyrule, and you really have a thing for Zelda the princess. This game can be considered an improvement with the motion sensitive controls. This allows you to literally sword fight and shoot a bow and arrow. This allows you to become more connected to the game.

The last one on this list is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. This title showcased a side of Nintendo that many were delighted to see. They are the kings of family games, but they might also have the capacity to bring you some incredible mature titles as well. This installment of the popular franchise sends you through battle situations unlike anything you have seen in the franchise history. You will find that using the motion controls allows you to experience the game as most will not get the chance, if they opt to play on a different console.

And that, my friends, are some of the best Wii games on the market today. So you might use this article as a means to inform you where to begin when purchasing some games for your Wii. These are certainly a great addition to your game library.

Nintendo Hits A Zelda Homerun

Twighlight Princess is the new Zelda game from Nintendo and it is fantastic. All of their expertise from all of the past games has been put to use in this game and it will be a classic.

Whether you play it on the Gamecube or the Wii, you get an almost identical experience except for the motion controls on the Wii version. These motion controls are not just added on to be there, they actually add to the experience. Although the Gamecube is missing these extra features, it is still the same game and is just as fun and entertaining. The graphics for the two games look identical and are the best that the series has ever looked.

Link and the enemies look more realistic and detailed than they ever have before. I happen to like the cell shaded games of the past, but this is a more grown up Link, tougher and more menacing than in the past. The graphics and motion controls are great, but what set a Zelda title apart from other adventure games is the game play and the puzzles and the boss fights. The Zelda games have always been known for these attributes and this installment does not let you down in these categories.

Zelda historically has good game play and fighting mechanics along with the awesome puzzles and boss fights. The dungeons are super well designed, they go on and on and you can play forever trying to figure out what's coming. As always the boss fights are fabulous, some small and fun, others huge, but they always take brain power to solve. It's not just pushing buttons, it's intense.

All in all, this is a great title and should not be missed, it is one of the best Zelda games of all time, and that is saying a lot. It is not only one of the best games on the Gamecube and the Wii, but it is one of the best games released on any system in the last three or four years.

Wii has a new game that will keep even the hard core gamers busy, it's called Super Smash Bros. All of the excellent game characteristics are included, tons of characters from Nintendo, each with individual skills of combat. There's no lack of characters, as the game goes on more and more becomed evident.

It includes all of the levels and stages you would expect plus some extra locals, but you can also create your own levels and share them. This can be played alone or with up to four players using the WiFi, and this is the most fun way to play, lots of competition.

The games is $50 but includes an unbelievable completely different adventure game. This game has its own story and unknowns to be unlocked. It also can be played alone or with friends, and is amazingly long and complex for an add on. For any other developer it could be a whole different game but you get your money's worth with Nintendo.

This is by far the most entertaining and best looking of the Smash Bros games they've released. It has lots of adventures and brings alot for your money. Playing online is pretty easy because the game will match you up with other players, and you'd never know you were on line it's so smooth.

I still can't believe how much game they packed onto this one disc, it really is a marvel and a real value if you are looking to get tons of re-playability out of a game. This is the best in the series and should not be missed.

More Fun on 30 Rock

NBC continues to have a winner in 30 Rock, it only trails The Office in rankings. The fourth season has just started and has proven to be just as good as previous seasons. Season 1 through 3 are available on DVD and should be part of your collection.

The first season shows what good writing and good characters can do when they get a chance to develop. The show is about a television show on NBC, shot on set at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Tina Fey, who created the show and helps write the Emmy winning sitcom, plays Liz Lemon. She is a workaholic, with minimal social skills, and as head writer for the show inside a show, is in charge of keeping the writers and actors in line.

Alec Baldwin plays the boss, he just likes to do the business not the problems so that's where Tina Fey's character Liz comes in, to take care of the issues. She has to handle the writers as well as the actors as they are all problem children.

The largest part of the 30 Rock's TV show is given to Tracy Morgan, from SNL. He plays Tracy Jordan, a movie star now in a TV role, who doesn't function normally and causes lots of probems so he has to be supervised. Most of the characters who play actors on the show are weird like him and need constant oversight.

You should buy the DVD's in order to watch and then be up to speed on these crazy characters this season. Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey work well together. Tracy Morgan has found the role made for him and is very comfortable there as he appears to be having fun. The show has only gotten better as time has passed and the characters have been developed.
